Fraud Alert: Internet Stalker X Dennis!

I just LOVE it when my stalker goes off on his lame diatribes because he makes me look that much better:) He relishes in making all the false claims he can about "Abuse Victims United" supposedly being a "fraud" but conveniently neglects certain facts. There are 2 types of non-profit organizations, formal and informal. Either type can be called a non-profit and still legitimately qualify for that status. I know which type mine is. Let's just see if Dennis can find out and prove it now:) What it basically comes down to is my stalker is jealous of "Abuse Victims United" and the only reason he has been able to interfere with my domain on 2 other occasions is because I chose the wrong hosting services and they unfortunately believed his lies. After the 60 day period, I'm free to use whatever hosting service I want and my stalker won't be able to infiltrate it. He can try but I will only keep fighting back against his meaningless attacks. I may be a vagabond but I still have the resources to knock that prick on his pompous ass! Something else that amuses me is how he goes on about my name change. The fact that he actually checked with Hampden County records proves he will stop at nothing to discover my TRUE identity like all authentic stalkers do to their victims. Here again he conveniently neglects the facts. First of all, name-change records in this country can be sealed. Secondly, I didn't necessarily have to get it changed in Hampden County. How or where exactly did I change my name? I guess it's up to my stalker to find that out with all his nice little resources:) If he has the courage to put forth the necessary effort to discover that I'm actually telling the truth, that will be a miracle in itself. Noel A. Bednaz is dead as I have stated other times in the past and I only use that name online when it's necessary so everyone knows the former identity of Dennis's victim. I renounced it personally and publicly offline. I challenge Dennis to prove beyond all shadow of a doubt that my name hasn't legally changed. I'm not talking about with just words stating so. I want to see him present concrete legitimate proof. Guaranteed he will only dance around the truth and make another feeble attempt to debunk everything I'm saying since all he's capable of is committing fraud while falsely accusing ME of that offense. I look forward to the end results:) So, stay tuned everyone because this should be really good hehehe:)

Since this blog is mainly for anything having to do with my "Abuse Victims United" non-profit organization and I felt a separate blog should be created for a secondary purpose, I figured this was as good a time as any to announce my new blog "Reflections" which basically serves as my personal soapbox where I can speak my mind freely to the world:

This is something I feel I have needed for quite some time since many have been duped into believing I'm a "stalker" thanks to the insane rants from my abuser Dennis P. McCann. He has deliberately cast a negative image of me as I have stated several times before and I felt it was time to present a more accurate image of myself. I no longer have a damn thing to lose so I might as well just open the flood gates and see how many bridges I can tear down. Third Update!

I changed web hosting providers and the settings to my domain as well. Now whenever someone types in "abusevictimsunited.com", it leads to the official site rather than this blog which is how I had originally intended it but I was unable to change the settings before. I know my stalker has issued threats to have any new website I create under my domain shut down but I don't really care about his mindless rambling anymore. It doesn't concern me whatsoever because I thought ahead and asked a customer service rep at the new hosting service what was acceptable and what wasn't. I also stated I didn't want to violate any Terms Of Service. The conversation took place through their online chat server and I was able to show them a copy of the text I planned to use. Luckily, I got the green light to post it and I also was told that posting a person's full name on the site isn't against their Terms Of Service. So if my stalker tries to whine like a baby brat to these people about me again, I'm fully prepared:) I saved a screen capture of the conversation too in case I need to use it as proof that I did in fact get permission to post what I want. You know, I really do feel sorry for my stalker because he has no real life of his own to focus on. If he took enough time to focus on HIS OWN life and less on MINE, I think he would eventually get over his obsession with me so we both can move on. In view of my stalker's repeated attempts to degrade my organization, I would like to state the following about "Abuse Victims United". This IS a legitimate non-profit organization despite my stalker's claims to the contrary and even though his abuse is what inspired me to create it, it's NOT really about him singularly. It's about ALL the abusers out there who think they have the right to hurt innocent people for sport. The abusers who hunt us like prey and post libelous things about us online designed to disintegrate our reputations and our lives need to be stopped! The abusers who make our offline lives unbearable need to be brought to justice! Everyone who suffers from emotional trauma as the direct result of abusive situations need a place to go for help. This is what "Abuse Victims United" is all about. My stalker wrongly assumes it's intended to be an attack on HIM but he's 100% wrong about that. He just needs to believe that it's true and make others think on the same level because he assumes it gives him power to slam what I'm trying to actually do here while his fans cheer him on. His fan base seems to be dwindling down though and I suspect it will go down further in the long run. I can only hope and pray for it.

Second Update!

Well, I figured out a little trick which makes it so my stalker can't interfere with my domain anymore. It's called a clever redirect which means that whenever my domain name is typed in with or without the "www" added, people will be directed to this blog. Also, I created a companion website for this blog which will serve as the official "Abuse Victims United" website. I might consider redirecting my domain to the new site but I haven't decided yet. Important Update!

I successfully managed to get my domain hosted somewhere else. At the current time however, the website is experiencing technical difficulties which I hope to remedy soon. In the meantime, here's the URL:

The "www" must be added to access the website because not typing it in will take you to a dead page. I'm going to notify the new hosting service ASAP that my stalker might try to infiltrate things again by filing a false report against the website so they will at least be aware of it. The more my stalker attacks me, the more he's going to show the world that he is in fact the REAL stalker and I will be prompted to fight harder to protect what is mine. I find it really amazing how my stalker thinks he has a right to commit libel against ME while at the same time claiming that this is being done to HIM. He thinks he has the right to post filthy lies about me and run my reputation along with my birth name into the ground. When I dare to post HIS name on a website however, he feels the need to stifle me just like he has done several times during the past 14 years. Why is it all fine and dandy for HIM to post my birth name on his disgusting website repeatedly but yet I'M prevented from using his precious name in a single paragraph? I guess it's because he's the almighty "Dennis P. McCann" who constantly boasts about "being a University Professor with paintings on 5 continents" as if those so-called accomplishments are supposed to make him more important than the rest of us. Personally, I think despite all of this bullshit he brags about ad nauseam, he's so miserable that attacking me gives his life purpose. He's jealous and extremely intimidated by me as proven by his recent attack against my "Abuse Victims United" website. I stated on the website before he filed his bogus complaint that if he were to get the website shut down, it will not only give more credibility to what I'm saying about him but it will also prove that he has something to hide. Only someone with something to hide will try and silence the opposition and my stalker proved me right on both counts. I'm not sure what the future will bring but if it comes down to it, I will point my domain to a place that he can't infiltrate like this blog perhaps or maybe I can just use HIS domain hosting service since they don't seem to give a shit what the hell is being hosted on their servers. Either way, I secured more leverage by registering an official domain and I fully intend to use it to my advantage. What my stalker fails to realize is that no matter what attacks he decides to launch, I'll be ready to defend myself while at the same time, giving him enough rope to hang himself with.
